La Montaña Wine

from the peacefulness of the Andes Mountains, are grown the strains of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot Cot and Petit Verdon that will give origin to the LM Wine: a careful process of 10 years in transformation and saving, at the feet of the quiet Andes

The Wine La Montaña grows between boldos, quillayes and wild flowers, on the foot of the sanctuary of nature El Ajial, tenth sanctuary of nature in the Metropolitan Region

Natural Treatment

We call natural treatment the organic management done to the cultivation of our plants, were we benefit of the biodiversity of the sanctuary of the nature, and to the use of fermentation with native yeast and without additives.

Wine of intense colors, aroma of ripe red fruits, dried fruit and spicy notes, balsamic with good structure and balance, tannins present, smoothness and a good evolution that shows the effects of its twelve years with bricked reflections. Its aromas are complex: there are earthy, tobacco and cedar notes, all this complemented by the classic balsamic aromas of La Montaña. Its different varieties are harvested and then put to ferment together, taking the co-fermentation method of the ancient wine regions of the world.
