The “Tibia Water” slope is characterized by being of low hardness, with PH equal to 8 and low minerality. a portion of it is collected and transported to the brewery, where it is processed without changing its personality and quality of the source, this is the spirit of the beer.
The hydrological processes are guarded by nature´s sanctuary El Ajial, focusing in protecting this amazing ecosystems, allowing the natural development and waters with a unique purity and quality. The recovery and restoration of areas is the main task focused on recovering the forests that for hundreds of years were exploited for charcoal, livestock, leaf land, and logging in general.
To produce 1 lt of beer we use 5 lt of water, but we are working to make possible that 3.5 lt water native trees in a reforestation area #bosquedelacerveza

Inspirada en los antiguos navegantes a vela que cruzaban el océano con los fuertes y constantes vientos del oeste, los 40° Bramadores, o Roaring Forties. Estos vientos unen el pacífico de este a oeste, y son estos frentes climáticos los que traen el agua evaporada del Océano Pacífico, que luego es atrapa la Cordillera de los Andes en forma de nieve, dando inicio a un proceso hídrico complejo entregando un agua purísima y la influencia de nuestro clima templado y mediterráneo. Hoy honramos nuestro origen con esta cerveza, utilizando agua de vertiente y lúpulos creados en las costas del Pacífico.
40° Bramadores es una Cerveza altamente refrescante con un bajo ABV para mayor frescor y tomabilidad, notas a resinas de pinos y frutas tropicales (según la versión y lúpulos utilizados) espuma blanca duradera y color amarillo pajizo con un leve haze.

Cerveza premiada en los wordl beer awards 2021 como la mejor cerveza ahumada
Cerveza ahumada inspirada en el Yuta, carbonero, baquiano y sabio chileno. Es una cerveza de un color cobre profundo que resalta por su baja turbidez, es prácticamente translúcida y esto contrasta muy bien con su espuma de formación media de color marfil de gran persistencia. Yuta trae notas de humo, tocino, jamón ahumado, así como un elegante caramelo, nuez y pasas que ofrecen un buen balance de con los sabores ahumados de media intensidad . Fermentación limpia de Lager, sin esteres frutales, haciéndola una cerveza muy liviana de tomar.

Predominant aromas of mango, orange, pine and resinous, with a chocolate finish and a touch of dark caramel. Flavors continue in the same aromatic profile, with medium bitterness, medium body and medium-high carbonation, Black color with ruby tones when seen in the light. Montaña Session IPA is a beer where hops is the protagonist, with the citrus and fruit characteristics that subtly recall orange, grapefruit and lemon as its main attribute. With the ideal base of malt and clean fermentation, the beer aims to provide a medium bitterness, to enjoy everything that the hops of IPAs can offer but without losing freshness and making it very drinkable.

Smoked beer inspired by the Yuta, charcoal burner, baquiano and Chilean sage. It is a deep copper colored beer that stands out for its low turbidity, it is practically translucent and this contrasts very well with its medium persistent ivory colored foam. Yuta brings notes of smoke, bacon, smoked ham, as well as elegant caramel, walnut, and raisins that offer a good balance of medium intensity smoked flavors. Lager clean fermentation, without fruit esters, making it a very light beer to drink.
