PRODUCT WARRANTY

At La Montaña we offer a guarantee for all our products. To make use of this guarantee, write to us at info@la-montana.cl, with the details of your case. In case you need to coordinate a retreat, it will be coordinated by the same means and at no cost to you. The products must be in the original box and in the same condition in which you received them.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

La Montaña has the Guaranteed Satisfaction guarantee, which allows you to make changes or cancellation of purchases made through our online store within 10 days from the date of purchase. To use it, please write to us at info@la-montana.cl. To make the change or cancellation, you must have the purchase ticket, be in perfect condition and must meet the following requirements.

• The product MAY NOT have been used.
• The product MUST be with its complete original packaging and labels in perfect condition.
• The product must be with its accessories.
• If the product is returned due to failure, a check will be carried out to confirm the failure of the product, which, if it is not attributable to its misuse, the legal guarantee will be effective.
